Refund Policy

We are thankful for your donation and support for our work. Refunds are only granted in exceptional circumstances and are returned using cheque. Refund will be made in exceptional circumstance such as when the donor has made an error in the donation amount larger than his intended amount. A request for refund must be completed in writing within 7 days of donation and sent to our email sindhanaitrust@gmail.com. Refund will be executed within 30 days from the receipt of the email.

The following are the terms and conditions for donations for those interested in donating to Sindhanai Trust.

1. You need to be an Indian Citizen to donate to Sindhanai Trust.

3. You may send a Cheque/Demand Draft in favour of ‘Sindhanai Trust’ (Payable at Trichy) with details given below at the following address:

4. 12A/80G will be provided as and when we apply for it and receive the same. (Section 80 G of the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961)

Disclaimer Policy on Donations

The maximum amount of tax deductions allowable under 80G is as per the current prevailing Indian Income Tax Act, 1961.

Privacy Policy for Donations

The personal information that you share during the donation transaction will not be shared with any third party with exceptions to the following.

1. For legal compliance purposes, such information may have to be submitted to the Income Tax or any other department for legal compliance requirements as and when required.

2. We have a policy of transparency wherein we display donor name and amount donated publically on our website for all donations received every year.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We do not do any shipping or delivery of products. We are a non-profit organization (NGO) raising donations for our activities.
